Help Needed: How to Deindex a Site Copying Our Content (Copyright Issue)

I'm dealing with an ongoing copyright/content theft issue. Despite multiple takedown requests and direct communication, a particular website is continuing to use our original material without permission. It's having a negative effect on our rankings, and standard DMCA requests (both to the host and search engines) haven’t solved the problem.


I’m now looking for advice, services, or techniques to get this site deindexed from Google and other major search engines.


Specifically:

• Are there any proven (grey/blackhat) methods to force or accelerate deindexing?
• Is anyone here offering a deindexing service, or can you recommend a reliable provider?
• Open to hearing about any effective tools, scripts, or link strategies that can help get this site removed from SERPs.

I’m not interested in negative SEO just for competition, but this is about copyright and protecting our brand/content.

Dealing with copycats is a pain. Easiest route is filing a DMCA with Google to get their pages deindexed, but sometimes you’ve gotta back it up by building stronger signals around your own site (fresh content + backlinks) so Google clearly favors yours. If the scraper’s hosting is easy to find, reporting them there can also work. Takes a bit of persistence, but usually pays off.
