Help needed getting back my forum

I need help! an EX employed guy who is fired from our company still had admin logon codes from our myBB forum.
Once he was gone, he registered another domain and installed a full copy of OUR forum and destroyed ours.

So basically he stole it. He has it now and we don't. Of course we didn't have a backup :-(
The local authorities cannot help us. They don't even understand this.

The first thing I need help with is to get our content back. Is there a hack for myBB or some other trick? Or is there a scraper that scapes everything so that I can rebuild it?

I don't know but it's hard to fight for your forum back because he has all the login details, which means he has the power to change whatever is on that website. Maybe make another forum? I'm not sure.

try to get your backup or else no other way to get ur forum back
you have to rebuilt it again

usually hosting services do automatic backups weekly or monthly, ask them, you may pay a few bucks but not much
