Help needed for adsense tax submission

Hi guys, im a newbie here so im sorry if this is not the right place of forum for this thread. I got an adsense account with usa address but now i need to submit tax information. I saw some videos how it can be done but looks like now google have changed the rules. Please if anyone know how that can be done let me know, i would really be thankful. thank you in advance
