Help Needed- Can I make $$$$ of this?

Hi Guys,

I am very new to this forum and I have been reading the posts for a while now. I am not sure if I am posting in the right section but thought of seeking advice here.

I have purchased a co.uk - christmas domain which has exact keyword seach of about 50K local & 301,000 global search. I am planning to promote UK CPS offers and know I can only cash this within next two months. I have a few questions and would like your opinion on it-

1. Is it too late to create and black hat a christmas site considering it is almost end of October?
2. Is 50K a month local search would be worth puttin any money and time towards this? I assume the search would go higher by the mid of November and will hit the roofs for one month. Correct me if I am day dreaming
3. I am technically not very strong but I can create a WP or Joomla site in no time. I do not wish to invest in XML parser to upload Aff links and the problem is I cant write a script myself .
4. Please help me with any ideas, links, scripts if you think you can help me make money of this.

I hope I am not making a fool out of myself.

No, lots of time. But also depends on competition.

That's a ton. People can find sucess with 6000 exacts per month.

Tried to look for a parser but no luck
