help needed, avoiding chargebacks

I'll soon be selling my cookie-stuffing script and would like to hear from anyone who has advice on avoiding chargebacks. The problem with selling to blackhatters is that chargeback rates are much higher than normal, so I'm thinking the best way is to just use Western Union and one-way payment systems like Liberty Reserve.

I also thought about having customers purchase a VCC with funds loaded onto it which they could email to me, but I can't find any VCCs that last longer than 24 hours...

MOneybookers its what hackers use when selling stuff. Your money disappears when you use it; meaning it loses it's trail. Its pretty bulletproof.

I thought about Moneybookers and I like the facility they offer for chargeback protection, problem is if you get too many chargebacks (which I expect to happen) they'll withdraw the protection, then I'm back to square one.
