Help needed abotu Wicked Article creator

Hi
i have been using Wac since about 1 year.
As i upgraded it to the version 3.7 now whenever i try to make any project it says " Scrapping your threads. "

i have tried to remove all proxies but still its not working. Then i used a list of proxy ( free Ones) still its giving same error.i have contacted the Vps support team and they changed IP for me still i m facing the same issue.
What should i do?
Do i have to ask the support team of my vps to provide me dedicated IP?
Can anyone help in this issue please?
