[HELP] Need Your Suggestions for A Good Flyer Ad Copy

Guys I need suggestions for a good flyer ad copy (content can be a scare tactic style or any persuasion technique). Im doing offline marketing for my free website design business..havent actually started really but i'm starting to get clients through referrals from my friends.
