[HELP] Need software to edit twitter avatar+bio

i have a lot twitter fake accounts (IDS) but all is an eggs #LOL
i've try to edit that bio and ava using sublime. but that tool says "failed to edit profile"
if you know other software that can change bio, location , avatar, please tell me

Try tweet demon, but its bit expensive tool.
