{HELP} Need html code for Leave Page pop-up

Hey guys, I've been trying out lots of codes but none work... So I ask for help..
Need when person closes browser to pop up another window with a link that I put in..
I found also some, but they get blocked by Mozilla and Chrome...

Well, all modern browser come with pop-up blockers.

Your script is still going to work on the older browsers though.

If you want to bypass this, look into overlay messages and exit messages.

popup must be opened on user action like mouse click,
add event listener to all document and on the first click open the popup.
