[Help] Need help with fake bot followers.

Hello guys,
I am getting fake bot followers(no profile picture, loads of following, low followers, username ending with a number) I think this is hindering my progress. I used to get 1500+ followers daily but now it has came to 1000. My reach has decreased alot when i check using instagram analytics. I really need help guys.
Any help will be very much appreciated.

Short of going private, there's really nothing you can do to prevent it from happening.

If you have Mass Planner, you can use it to block followers that meet certain criteria - no profile pic, etc.

How's your overall engagement? Has it stayed the same or has it dropped - likes & comments per post?

Likes are same but comments dropped a bit. But main thing is organic followers are decreased. Please healp me here. I have 150k account. I don't want it to get spoiled just because of fake bots

It possibly happens when :
1) You are using much of popular tags and posting much a day
2) Guys are using same tags to scrape what to follow

So in this case all your new posts in autopilot gets new fake followers from botters. Buts its weird if they are blank without profile pics and so

I don't post much daily. My post gets in top posts in most of the tags. But my competitors also get there but they don't have fake bot followers. I checked it by myself.

If your engagement is pretty steady then I really wouldn't worry about it. The only way I've found to consistently improve reach with the algo changes is to post more often. Try that & see if your reach improves.

It happens when new bot farms are being set up. Some of the accounts that I handle (real people/brands), get a bunch of Turkish, or Arab, etc., followers all of a sudden. Yeah, they also comment (best one today, I really like this, etc fake comments).

I've thought about blocking all followers that have less than X photos and Arab/Turk/NameYourLanguage on bio. But, at the moment, it seems like a waste of my time.

If you guys know for sure that having SOME bots as followers is bad, then please let us know with specifics. I just see them as a number, and isn't that partially what we are all trying to get...more followers (along with engagement, but we cant force everyone to like and comment, so...)
