HELP - Need FB Share to unlock script - I will pay :)

Hi guys, I need some simple script that could look like this:

And it would lock the website untill the timer would go off (i could choose how many seconds) or somebody would share my website. Also, I would love for the background to be custom image I can make
Is anybody able to make script like that? I could pay him for it. Thanks a lot

You could use this as a starting point. It's supposed to work for both FB and Twitter. Be advised I have not tested it.
