I've been using Fine for a while now — it's a free VPN solution, and it supports several European countries.
Pros: It works fast and stable, and it's truly free.
Cons: The most popular countries are only available with a paid subscription, and one day you might suddenly find out that your country has become popular too (at which point you'll either need to upgrade to a paid plan or switch countries).
