Im pretty newbie about proxies, se I ask your help (again

So I need proxies which I can use with firefox's proxy switcher addon.
I only need these proxies to register two different site,everytime with different Ip's, so I need them as like 2-3mins, dont care about bandwith, just a good ping(50-200ms), to be able to register to sites.
I've been looking around here different buyers gives samples if its proxies list, but just a very few working from them, and private proxies are very expensive.
What do you suggest?
