I have been busy with my site lately and i think it's a bit hard to get every page listed on google or yahoo.
could someone please review my website?

I submited the sitemap to google with 211 URL and only got 26 URL indexed.

Can someone please help and review my website?

I suggest google webmaster tools. Usually you find a report there if something is wrong with the site.
