Help My VPS use Hyper-V, and VM can not isntall on Hyper-V

I want to run XR on my vps, but all xr7 I found is install in vmware. and VM can't install on my hyper-v win2008 VPS.

Is there any way to slove this problem? or if you have xr7 elite please share with me.
