You misunderstand support bro. You have unmanaged VPS, you pay peanuts for this VPS. If you dont know how to manage it correctly you need managed VPS.
Unmanaged vps = you cant expect that support will help you in any stuff related to linux and vps management.


Self made one, if you cant write simple script in bash or python unmanaged vps is not something for you. Even cronjob would work in your case.
