Help , my site got algorithm penalized, i really need help.

Since 16dec my rankings gone to 200 from ~5-20 i really need help.


This is from social media page checker, probably is pretty bad, also my code/text ratio is ~3% and i have 5 pages with ~500 words each, no new content since... few months.

What should i do? Just SEO+social media, change theme, write more content ?
Or i should find bad links and disavow them ?

Well i had some common issues with my clients site too. What i did !

1) I checked copyscape.com to make sure that there are not other duplicate versions of my website content in the internet.
2) When similar copy was found, changed the contents of my client's website.
3) Use Google Web master tool to check if there are any duplicate meta info repeating in your site.
4) Also try to re work with your titles. Keep the main keyword as it is and get rid of other keywords.

With in 2-3 days your site should be back on track.

Nobody can know without see the link, anyway i suggest: check your link profile and try to remove all the unnatural backlinks, work with the disavow tool if, after about 3-4 days, the site's owners do not reply to your removal request. Keep trace of all your removal activities in a doc file, it could be useful.
