Help, my fb account is blocked from sharing posts in groups !!

i have a big problem. One of my facebook accounts has been blocked from sharing posts in groups.

Situation:

I post something on my Fb business page, click on share and select "share in a group". So i share the post on my fb business page with my private account.

first i share it in 28 groups, then i wait about 30 min and share it in another 30 groups.

worked fine...until today.

I just received the notification that my account is temporal blocked from the sharing function.

Is there anything that i can do ?

By the way, i didn´t spam the groups with any sell tactics. All posts are relevant and informativ for the groups.
