I have to pay $30/monthly create payment links? It means a business account with a monthly subscription?

Well, there's no subscription with Stripe, so yes, I'd expect it to be a free feature. Although if the fee is really lower, it still makes sense to use revolut. What do you mean by "NFI" ?
 
I am also selling IPTV subscriptions on UK geo and using Rental payment processing agency for processing payments for last 6 months.
They are behind closed doors only (obviously).
