[HELP]My 3 facebook accounts disabled.

Yesterday I tried adding 1000 or so friend requests using all my accounts.
Today when I logged into my facebook account,its showing this message

I didnt tried to promote any CPA offers or did I created any fan pages.
I dont know what precautions I need to take so that Facebook dont ban my profile.I was slowly building up my friends list.yesterday it reached 500 and they simply banned my account.Please suggest me what do I need to do so that FB dont ban me

1000 friend requests is way much... how come you didn't figure it out yourself ?
if friend building was that easy, every of us would had 300 accts with 5k friends each...

I sent 1000 or more friend requests from 6 different accounts each yesterday.
But I didnt get that much friends accepted.I just got close to 200-500 friends in all those accounts.My 3 accounts which was shaping up so well having reached more than 400 friends and also old was disabled.I dont know what I did wrong.
How many friend requests per account should I send per day?

Therein lies your problem... Facebook doesn't really care so much about how many requests you send out (within reason) - their automated flagging thingy looks at how many of your friend requests get rejected and/or reported.

Your task is to gather lots of friends and not have many of your requests rejected.

There are ways and means to do this which you'll hopefully figure out for yourself. ;)

Stick with it. It's not rocket science. I'm not going to elaborate on an open forum (or by PM) because I'm not interested in buddyfucking those of us who are doing it properly.

But how to avoid myself being banned?Will phone verification help me in keeping my accounts?
 
No, PVAs will get banned as easily as non PVAs if you continue to send out bulk unsolicited friend requests with a 70-80% rejection rate.

Here's a hint for you - get people to send YOU friend requests.

proxies matter at the time of account creation a lot even after wards but most when you create a new account. fb is getting smarter with every passing day.
 
OK I will create facebook accounts using proxy,so when logging in using my original IP for that facebook account will it create problem?Also while adding friends using that FB account which was created in a proxy,is it needed for me select the old proxy or not?
Also suggest me how many friend requests can I send per day per account per IP?
 
Hello is it OK if I createe a FB account using a proxy,then use my IP for adding friends.
Is it important only at the time of account creation?The proxy!
