HELP: Multiple accounts banned/deactivated by Instagram

Hi all - I've had multiple accounts banned/deactivated within the last few weeks during this years rollout of new features. Bans have been for Fraud/deception, yet the accounts don't have any fraudulent or deceptive content. I'm looking for help recovering these accounts and am willing to pay.

Additionally, any insight as to how to keep accounts safe &/or how to recover accounts would be greatly appreciated!

need to know the reason first? which device do u use for the instagram accounts' management? which proxy do u use? or do u frequently send dm to the strangers? generally there must be some reason to cause it.

Did you manage your accounts with VPNs?
