I have a problem. Have a wallpaper site with about 6/7k visits and 20/30K views daily and I cannot find a good way to monetize it. What have I tried so far:
yieldads, xtendmedia,smowtion, cpmadvisor (all cpm at 0.01/0.05), image space media, gumgum (both in image ads, sucks), clicksor (very slow), cpa offers-geo targeted (screensavers, smileys, tollbars... the conversions are really low) and I probably forgot some. The revenue is pretty pathetic, form 0.5~3$daily and to think most of the ads are ugly flash blinking ones I rather don't run them at all.
I also tried to apply to cpx, casale and valueclick (I know from experience they pay good for that kind of sites, at least some years ago) but they all rejected me.
Adsense? Had problems on my other wallpaper site and got almost banned, so I did not even try.
I would be very happy for any advice you have
