[HELP] Monetizing In The Long Run

(before you read I am asking for help, if you hate me for that just let this die down? Otherwise, I'm grateful for any responses)

Hey BHW, I decided to grow a pair and ask for some help finally. In short, I'm looking to start making more serious money. I'll save you the sob story anyway! I see all these great tactics around here but I lack the knowledge to execute almost all of them. Up until now I've been making chump change.

At first I started with GPT websites about 10 months ago. I recently decided I was totally wasting my time when I came across these forums. I made maybe 300$ give or take (mostly in gift cards). With my blog I created to advertise I've gotten no where except high SERPs from adding content and using keywords and little back links. In short, I've only made 21$ in the multiple months I've had my blog as well.

Currently I've moved to a Twitter tactic posted on here which seems promising. I've made about 10$ in a few days which is really the most money I've made for the small amount of work I've done but it's growing each day!

Now a few things about me that you might find important if you take the time to point me in the right direction. I'm very addicted to something once I start, I pick up stuff quick, I'm 19 and a student living at home who is very broke BUT has A LOT of free time, and I'm suffering from anxiety + migraines so I have some crazy motivation to start something once I'm told to try it! (in case that didn't make sense, being broke is stressing me out I'm not looking for some awww moments!)

Now I'm not looking to be spoon fed or anything, I just need a point in the right direction. I've tried various other things like article submission with DNS and made very little; posting those paid by views images on forums before making a little which wasn't worth my time etc etc, and a few random other things like paid to upload etc etc.

I basically have all weekend, Friday Nights, Mon+Wed+Tues a few random hours + nights, and all Thursday after 12! (a ton of time) So you can see I have the time to do work (not to mention community college so the work load is easy and I only work one day for an actual job)

TO SUM UP

I'm asking that a few of you could help a 19 year old start making some small money to invest and more importantly, point me in the right direction to start making money in the long run.

I was hoping my blog was going to be something like that but I was very wrong!

Hope you guys don't mind all the text and thank you in advance! I can't really pay anyone for helping now, but it is very appreciated and I always try to pay back those that help me somehow even if it's just passing on the knowledge!

Just to add in, I have tweet attacks + youtube comment poster bot + proxy switcher

maybe an idea on what to do with those ^? I'm doing some small things with them (like the sponsored tweets method I mentioned, and referring to a GPT since it's 1$ per active sign up but it doesn't seem very bright)

I'm not looking for a quick get rich scheme. Sorry if I came off across that way.

Since I registered I've mainly been lurking. But a quick summary would be...

1. Get active in some forums for backlinks to promote a GPT website
2. Work on a blog and add content often (I see this isn't paying off and never will)
3. Add articles to websites for a few bucks. (works decent for a few quick bucks but like I said I want long term)
4. Sponsored tweets which has been the most successful (literally just made 20$ in 9 minutes prob. get banned /sigh but I can start over!)
5. Literally the past few days I started a youtube comment poster to promote my GPT again

Sorry again if it came across as a get quick rich question. That's not my intentions.

yes the search feature has helped a great bit. I'm making money now. But a point in the right direction for some long term stuff would be great. As much content as there really is I'm having a hard time with a few basics plain and simple.

I'll just go back to lurking anyway.

Well, everyone sees IM like walk in a park.. an extra 2-5 grand without work.. thats bullshit. this is even harder than normal jobs.

I realize that. I really do! I know that I've made more from work last Friday than I will this month by far. But I still see the potential, especially with all the time I'm willing to put in.

All I'm asking for is some sort of direction. I'll narrow it down I guess for something.

I always see these great ways to get traffic! Between Twitter, some real BH stuff, youtube, and all that. Now that I drive people to my website how do I make some money with the traffic coming in?

Is it strictly content that will make me money? Or will my adsense make me enough with the traffic? Do I set up some ******* type thing?

That's what really comes to mind right now I guess.

Maybe You need to know something about facebook, twitter, CB, AC. If you wanna open a store (online store ok) and lack of good resource, maybe I can help you. PM if you feel I can do something.

Maybe because you've lost your patience and give up creating content, also you have to promote that blog to see things moving, and finally there's have to be a good monetizing method on it.

Maybe this is the long run income you're searching for, but of course that long run means a lot of hard work for a long period of time before you can see some results.

Just a opinion,
I wish you success in everything you do, and keep reading, this helped me a lot.

I'm still adding content but I decided I'm going to try and open my blog to a wider audience. I realize maybe if I can manage that, and actually rank for an entire niche rather than super specifics that I can probably get some actual traffic rather than 100 unique views a day.

Right now I have adsense and I applied for *******. So I was thinking once I make enough I could get my own hosting and I was going to lock my expert material down so you have to complete an offer to view it. Not sure how much I'll make in the end with this but I think it will def. be more than I am!

Content shouldn't be hard, never was for me! Time to incorporate a few traffic ideas I got from you guys.

I really understand your position since it's the same where i am right now.
There are so many great ideas, tools and informations you can get from this forum but the lack of knowledge and experience is preventing us from getting the most out of these tips.
It's really the same with everything you come across daily, people who are experienced and very knowledgeable in their profession, can see interrelations and potentials in a product or idea, what normal people can't.
So is it any wonder that these great ideas, found in many posts here, are quite useless to the new guys because they never had someone to show them how it's done right and what to look for?
That's why i'm always glad to stumble upon posts that tell me step by step, what i have to do and why i have to do it, instead of throwing a tool in my face and indirectly tell me to find everything out by myself, because it's so obvious.
Well, sometimes you can see how ignorant some people can get when someone is honestly asking for help, really pity.
They shouldn't wonder why there are so many noobs and why so many keep reading and reading ebooks and guides without starting their real business...
