Help monetize targeted USA verified emails

Hi all recently I got access to 1.1million verified emails from US and UK the emails are not some scraped crap, the purpose I want to use the emails for is to blast them message telling them about my site BUT i think they are other better things to do .
I thought about CPA but i am not very familiar with stuffs like that what do you advice?

did you buy the emails or ??? and im an experienced cpa/affiliate marketer, hit me up for some ideas! inbox me your sky'pe id ..

I think you need to set your own SMTP and do this. even thought your internet service provider will block this if that goes too much. Even you can't upload in any autorespose service provider. All you need to do is just send manually using gmail. 200 emails per day.
