[Help] Minimum Auto-Drip Feed for Twitter Retweets / Likes / Comments

I'm looking for a service that offers a minimum auto-drip feed service for Twitter. I've tried over 22 SMS Panels and no one seems to offer any services under 50+ actions.

I am looking for something that will do 5-10 random actions for Retweets and Likes. I'm not too worried about comments, but would be a bonus if I could do custom comments.

Ideally this would be the perfect service for me:

Retweet - 1-7 / Random Value
Likes - 3-18 / Random Value
Comments: 1-5 - Custom comments per Twitter Link

I would want to be able to setup the service to run for x amount of future Tweets.
