I am just starting out with CPA and am looking to get traffic through youtube and social media and have been unsuccessful. I was wondering if someone could PM me and point me in the right direction and just be available for occasional questions? thanks a bunch!

Honestly use the search function there is a lot of information there, you can learn more from the search function then you can from 1 single person.

You don't have to if you dont want too... If you don't have motivation and actually have the attitude of wanting to learn then you wont get far in this business. You cant just sit at a pc and expect the money to come in, if that's your attitude you might as well get a 9-5 job at an office now.
