Hi ..
I'm Emma, i'm work in luanch jacking method ..
There is some competition sites ranking quickly and used a Web 0.0 build external links
but my blog don't rankig i have pa 33 and da 23
and for me i build a web 2.0 backlink and pbn blog ando also i use expired tumblr blog with high pa but Without result
You can see the picture there are sites is rank in 2 days

and my review is : 2blogseo.com/sprout-audience-review-and-bonus/
but don't rank ..
any one help me please

You need to ask a specific question.

Posting "I don't rank" and a URL for us to audit is not going to yield results. There are literally a thousand possibilities as to why you may or may not rank. Site speed, on page SEO, links, content structure, penalties and so on.

oh honey!!!

good content for ranking is a myth that is circlejerked by the drinkers of koolaid,

good content keeps visitors once you get them, but it doesnt get them.

i would do a lot of reading, and you are in the right place

You need to work on both on page and backlinks.

it depends on many things you need to provide more information , but keep in mind that you also need on page SEO. Not just , are you using diagrams , what SEO tecnique are you using , are you using SAPE or PBNs how old is your domain , what about CT/TF ?
