All I need is a 4 -5 year old Twitter account for testing purposes , I will purchase it from anyone.

Yeah, it's gonna cost ya for something like that. Like Beven said, check out the WTB section. Otherwise, go to google and type in something like 'aged twitter accounts'. Hopefully that will give you some options.
 
Post this in the want to buy section because there are no hand outs for this.

As has been suggested, try the WTB section.

Someone may consider donating one to you, if they knew more about the test and if they felt it was a worthwhile experiment.
