Hi guys it was just the holidays and I thought maybe the community could help me out.

My account got nailed on copyright by accident. I do not make videos for product website stuff. I do it to one day become a youtube partner.

I can no longer become a partner because of a copyright strike. I ahd 3000 subscribers, 20 videos. Im moving to a new account LotsOfLooly If you guys would be so kind, and just subscribe to my new channel. Ive uploaded one video that should give you guys a great laugh.

You can appeal false DMCAs very easily. Just tell them you consulted with your lawyer and would like the information about the party who filed the DMCA against you, as filing a false DMCA is punishable as perjury.

I was at fault, I did upload a copyrighted SNL video, looong ago, they finally found it, as I had forgotten it.
