You can try to enhance visibility and get more people, promote your videos by posting them on blogs, social media sites, and other websites or maybe even collabrate with other youtubers. I hope this helps you.

took me 4 months - depends on your videos watch time

I've been at it since August 29th and I've got 6 hours of watch time. I'm doing it the slow and steady way, producing content every day, and I feel myself getting better at making videos. I'm by no means anywhere close to a professional, but I do see myself getting better. Best advice I can give, is to not think about the 4000 hours. Just focus on making great content and the views and watch time will come.

To put it simply, you can't really tell for sure if a video will go viral OR the time that will take to reach 4000 YouTube watch hours.
