Help me with Upwork account

I'd been using upwork since 2012, earned some money, but I didn't use it for the last 10+ months because I was working on a project on a different freelance site. and now I found that Upwork closed my account saying there's too many freelancer with the same skill-set on the site. I tried everything I could to get my account back as I really need an account there to get a project. I also created another account but got the same response.

so I'm looking for someone who can set up an account using my name and get approved on upwork in Internet Marketing area.

Btw, I don't have much money now. willing to spend $20-25 if you can get me one. Thanks

And that's exactly why Upwork is fucking garbage and you shouldn't go back. You get all of the detriments of working for yourself and all of the detriments of having an employer. It's the worst of both worlds. Don't build a business on someone else's platform. Work with clients directly through your own setup.
