Help me with site creation cost awareness

I don't know how to create good graphics, neither how to design ui/ux or do any web programming. At best I can create a shopify store using images from shutterstock or canva using very basic copywriting because I suck at this too.

So, I was thinking to create a tournament site for games or a game trading forum, I wonder how much does it cost to create something like this? https://www.gfinity.net/ Also how many people are needed to operate a site like this? Seriously, creating a site of my standars is my biggest problem right now, can anyone tell me what I should expect or do. Am I forced to stick with ready solutions (eg social media) because I can't create something of my own?

If you want to create website, wordpress and elementor page builder is what I will suggest. It doesn't require any coding experience. If you have budget you can hire a freelancer to do the job for you. That's my 2 cents.
