Hello, i create shopify store and i use oberlo app. My problem is shipping. I mean when you look at product you see option "shipping from" and countries like Russia/China. Is it problem? Also Is using only paypal good idea? i can't use stripe in my country so i don't have other choices.

What are your concerns with Russia / China dropshipping? Most dropshipping websites use Chinese suppliers. It can be slow or fast shipping depending on where its going. Using PayPal is fine until its not - meaning your account can be disabled, money frozen, etc. based on the account performance (charge backs, issues, etc.).
 
Russia/China shipping is not ideal, but your only way to begin. Many dropshippers move to using 3PL (3rd party logistics) for US warehousing + faster delivery later in their ecommerce journey. But, to start, PayPal & China shipping is pretty good.

Both. Customer can choose. It's like color/size of product. I am afraid most of charge backs :(

Charge backs are a pain in the ass but they are part of business. You won't be able to please all customers - there will always be those that just want to cause problems because they can. It won't be an issue if you are prepared for it. Good luck with your project!

You should remove that option, it's pointless. No one will choose Russia anyway if your targeted audience is in America/Europe. Ship all your packages from China and make sure to use ePacket if available. In terms and conditions write that your warehouse is located in China and include estimate shipping time.

For payment processor - it's ok to start with PayPal but it's always better to have credit card processor also. Can you use 2checkout instead of Stripe? Or any other?
 
Try using First choice\Payoneer if possible in your country.

And like people said above - China is not a big issue with dropshipping, most products in the world are manufactured there so obviously lots of export from there accordingly...

I can't remember exactly since I didn't use Oberlo for a while but I think you can change this in "edit product" section. There should be option "ship from" or something like that.

2checkout recently stopped accepting new drop shippers, so the best option for you is to start with Pay Pal and then after a month or two apply for 2checkout. They will ask you for SS of all transaction in last 30 days, send them your PP transactions and you'll get accepted (probably! If you had too many chargebacks in that period they will decline your request, so be careful when choosing your supplier) Best luck with your store!
