Don't think you are going to have much luck on ubuntu. Borrow a friend's smart phone/ipad, or find a window based computer.

im lookingg to create an army of them! as in 1,000. Do you know how i could? I don't care about how long it takes but ive maxed out the limit on bluestacks and on my phone...

If you need instagram accounts download bluestacks to your desktop, then you will be able to install the instagram app on your desktop and create a account. If you are looking to make multiple account then use a vpn and uninstall the bluestacks app and run ccleaner to clear all registry entry's and cookies, then reinstall the bluestacks app and the instagram app using the vpn connected and sing up for another instagram account. wash and repeat until you have the desired number of accounts.
