Help me with fraudulent Adsense clicker!

So I've seen some weird stats on my Adsense account lately and found out that someone is clicking my ads each day for about an hour. The site is 100% legit and legal so I wonder who that fucker is (competition most probably).

I got the IP address from the logs so I can ban that shitface via .htaccess but I'd like to know if it's possible to get some more information about him/her?

The IP address is 206.75.38.98. I already checked WHOIS but there's no info from that IP.

Some suggestions or directions to a right way would be appreciated! And yes I know that I should move on but I have some spare time on my hands and can do some digging if I know how.

Edit: Okay I just found a website which pretty clearly described how impossible it is to find anyone by IP. I guess that this thread can now be closed or removed!

Remove the website from "allowed website" in your adsesn account then contact google via this link as soon as possible!

Sounds like someone in your niche trying to get rid of the competition

make sure to let them know whats happened so you dont get in any bother, they can be dicks about it come pay day, so cover your ass by letting them know.....

block his ip.. thats the only thing you can do..
also inform adsense with logs and ip about this behaviour..

Does the "clicker site" have Google ads? If so and you let big G know what going on, they will shut down his account. What goes around, comes around.
