(Help) Me With Crypto Anonimity In USA

i run a legal online business that has no ties to my identity. i do not want to pay tax on it due to my healthcare costs skyrocketing...
would this be a good setup? will this land me in any trouble?


online shopping
-buying giftcards on non kyc site with BTC, then redeem it in app with fake info. have it sent near my address.

exchange to cash
-swap my BTC for cash locally on P2P non kyc exchange site
OR
-exchange my BTC for cash by mail, if so where would i safely have it sent??

Do not go through this route. You can face legal actions which will disturb peace of mind.

there's always ppl who'll give u cash in exchange of crypto and minor commissions. start with smaller chunks to test the waters.
