im a retarded crypto noob... are there any flaws with my plan? would anyone add or change anything?

My Goal While Keeping It Anonymous/No KYC...
-Remove the traces
-online shop with crypto
-Withdraw crypto to cash
-Storing Funds





removing traces:
P2P exchange my non KYC fiat to monero
P2P exchange my monero to multiple USDT Exodus wallets ($1000 max each wallet)

online purchases:
buy gift cards with exchanged USDT from any non kyc site and redeen it on amazon etc... to my IRL address.

cash:
Use an IRL P2P exchange to Convert my USDT to cash (burner number and phone when going to meet)

storing crypto:
log out of wallet when it hits $1k and hide 12 word seed phrase of each wallet i dont use?
or depoit funds into cold wallet
