I'm about to start with CPA, but I have some questions before starting:

1) Could you get into any legal troubles, could you get sued by other companies?
Let me give you an example: I'm choosing to do e-mail offers which means I get paid everytime someone enters their e-mail. My idea is to create a webpage offering amazon giftcard to random winners, this is just a lie so that people type their e-mail, the winners will be faked. Now will amazon sue me for using their logos on my page? Is is illegal if I don't give them anything in return? What do you think?


2) Can someone give me an idea of an offer, just to get an example?


3) Is adworkmedia a good CPA network?


4) Do I have to have my own website(domain & hosting)?


5) Do I have to pay taxes? I mean should I go tell my governement I'm earning money online? I really want everything to be whitehat.
