    Hello

I'm about to start with CPA, but I have some questions before starting:

    1) Could you get into any legal troubles, could you get sued by other companies?
Let me give you an example: I'm choosing to do e-mail offers which means I get paid everytime someone enters their e-mail. My idea is to create a webpage offering amazon giftcard to random winners, this is just a lie so that people type their e-mail, the winners will be faked. Now will amazon sue me for using their logos on my page? Is is illegal if I don't give them anything in return? What do you think?

    2) Can someone give me an idea of an offer, just to get an example?

    3) Is adworkmedia a good CPA network?

    4) Do I have to have my own website(domain & hosting)?

    5) Do I have to pay taxes? I mean should I go tell my governement I'm earning money online? I really want everything to be whitehat.

Thanks to anyone who is willing to answer to all of my questions, this will get me started quickly :)

    1. Keep in mind, for most email submit offers, you don't get paid when people type their email. Most of these type of offers require further action from the visitor for the pixel to fire.

If you are offering something to your visitors in return that they complete the offer, the offer has to allow incentives because you are offering them an incentive.

As to whether you can use the Amazon logo, it's best to ask Amazon themselves then you'll know for sure where you stand. This site for example uses the Amazon logo for a gift card give away.

    2. That question is too vague.

    3. Yes, AdWorkMedia is a good network.

    4. You don't have to, but it's preferable because landing pages generally convert better than direct linking and some CPA networks require you have a website to be able to apply to them.

    5. Yes, you need to pay tax. In most countries, this will involve registering yourself as self employed.
