Help me with banned adwords account

Thanks .As I've been banned times before and can't use credit card, so vcc is my only solution. Did you use vcc to create adwords accounts before?

Most VCC suppliers are blacklisted already by Google accept for few (you probably know who's the top VCC for Adwords). I dont think the VCC is the problem, but they somehow manage to track you down. You can try creating a new adwords account from a different computer / connection but with the same VCC provider, try to isolate the problem.
