Help me with a movie streaming server for my website

I'm working on a website on movies and tv shows. So I need to know what kind of server I need for a traffic of 100-200k a day so that there will be no buffering or loading of moves and tv shows on my website if I go for self hosted server (DMCA Ignored)

I know a website who is hosting his database on

1. Google Cloud
   
   
2. Self Hosted Server
   

My current traffic is real good an avg of 10k users with 100-200+ active users.
