Just make sure these high PR blogs don't use Akismet before you buy Scrapebox. Do you see spammed comments after each post? If the blogs are spammed but you don't have money for Scrapebox you can easily automate the process with iMacros for example. It will comment slower than Scrapebox but it will still do the job automatically.
