Hello Guys can maybe anyone explain to me what exactly are good conditions for a ad account or do i need a bm? i have no idea,
besides that are fixed prices better or percentage on adspend?
is there anything i should know like the location of the account?

You should use BM, it has many features and makes managing your account easier

You should use BM's ad account.
Depending on your campaign budget and how often your ad account is disabled, if you need multiple accounts, choose a spend rate
The location of the account does not matter

Hey man, no worries—everyone starts somewhere. So, for ad accounts, good conditions basically mean the account is trusted by Meta: clean history, no bans, verified payment method, consistent spend. You don’t need a Business Manager (BM) at first, but if you’re planning to scale or manage multiple accounts, BM is way better and gives you more control.

As for pricing—fixed vs % on ad spend—depends on your budget. If you're spending small, fixed fees might be cheaper. But if you're scaling hard, % deals often get you better support and flexibility.

Location matters too. US or Tier 1 accounts generally perform better and have higher trust levels. If you want less hassle and smoother setup, we’ve got warmed agency accounts that already meet all the “good condition” stuff. Saves you from trial and error.

Use a clean BM, location isn’t a big deal, and taking a % of ad spend usually makes more sense than fixed price.

Think of it this way: BM (Business Manager) is just the container, ad accounts live inside. Good conditions = account with clean payment history, stable spend pattern, and geo that matches your target. Fixed fee vs % adspend depends on how much you plan to scale – small spenders usually go with fixed, big budgets often prefer % so both sides align. Location matters mostly for billing trust and tax

Having a Business Manager (BM) can help with better account control and scaling. Fixed prices are often easier to manage, but a percentage of ad spend can be more flexible for long-term growth. Account location can affect targeting and ad costs too

Good ad accounts usually have clean history and verified info; business manager (BM) helps scale. Fixed or percentage fees depend on your budget and trust. Location can affect ad approval and performance

- depending on which country you need to run ads in, choose the best location for your account, Europe or Asia, the time zone on the account is also very important.

- if you create an account yourself and use it, it is very easy to disable it and its daily spending limit is only $50, making it difficult to increase the budget much

New accounts with no activity usually perform poorly, so warming them up is key before big campaigns

BM is safer for scaling, fixed price works better starting out, and yes account geo matters for trust.

A good ad account = clean history, verified BM, stable spend. Fixed fee works for small budgets, % of spend for bigger ones. Location can matter—trusted regions (US/EU) are safer.
