help me understand this from FL user guideca

okay so i have been having troubles sharing photos automatically with followliker and it seems like i share 2 photos and then it stops sharing photos for me. Im sharing photos with 10 minutes delay. So i read the followliker user guide about sharing photos and there was one thing i didnt quite understand:

If you are running other major tasks apart from "photo sharing" task and you want to use a longer delay for the photo sharing task, it is better to launch another instance of the software and create a separate project for the photo sharing task.

can somebody explain for me in detail how i will do that and what this means?

also is there any particular photo format that you can only share with followliker ?

Im running multiple accounts.

It simply means have one project set up to run with likes/comments/follows, and another set up to only share photos. You do this by just double clicking on the followliker icon and another instance will open up.
