Help me to Sandbox my Competition ^^

    hi,

    could somebody show me how how to sandbox my competition or at least to lower the rank for some keywords they are ranking for??

    it would really be interessting to see how much damange a newbie like me can do.... ^^

    btw.... is there any way to make craiglist bann my competition somehow? ^^ or is there a way to spam craiglist with my competitions website so that it gets banned? :>

    same question goes to other forums that my competition post his ads in.... will they bann my competition's website if i spam the forum full with their url?

    i found it that my competition uses and old version of joomla, it has bug to sql injections.
    what is that ? somebody knows more? please help ^^

    Why don't you focus on your own ranking instead? It will end up being more effective in the long run.

    IMO, Instead of sand-"Boxing" your competitor. Learn How to Sand Box your site first....

    If you blast them you might end up making them stronger.. don't waste your time trying to hinder your competition just build better links and you'll get there

    Whats wrong with Sandboxing your competition? It is a competition isn't it? If it works, go for it.

    Although don't expect it to actually happen. You'll most likely end up helping him.

    I deindexed one of my sites by mistake when i left scrapebox do comments overnight... when i checked the site it had over 2k backlinks by yahoo and PR went back to "N/A"
