Help me to resolve my doubts about PBN provider

I'm ordered 24 PBN links from BHW provider 3 weeks ago to my Web 2.0 website.
But I still see no any link in Google ("site.com")
Ahrefs show zero new keywords too.

Here is answers of PBN provider:
- I can see links in Google webmasters
What kind of links is it which not visible in SERP but visible in Webmasters?? Its Web 2.0 and I can not see GW.
- We blocked ahrefs spider
Ahrefs can not show referring domains its ok when it blocked but rankings? Ahrefs scraping Google and always show rankings, blocked or not.

Is it BSH or true??
