Join Kontera and load the Kontera plugin...other than than, it looks pretty monitized.

unfortunately you're probably not going to get the help your looking for in that sense.....but to start i noticed you have exactly ZERO backlinks, so get some.....so i'm going to guess your not really getting any traffic at all right now.....

Just had a quick look and here's what I see: There's no marketing direction or even interruption within the reading flow. It's pretty much an informative piece with ads on the side ( btw, I need to scroll laterally to see the second row of ads on the right and the nav bar )
Interruption: This would be the easiest approach. I'd place the google ads within each article and between articles. Try that your adsense ads blend seamlessly as much as possible, though, so that they look as part of the content. Include affiliate links ( long ones ) at the begining of each article and at the end - and a few along the way -, anchored with "buying keywords" that make a clear call to action .
Direction: In my opinion, you're still too worried about providing information and a little bit afraid to sell. Don't be shy. You can still give a lot of value while openly selling. Make reviews of specific products ( good ones ) and how they deal with the main worries of your potential customers. Your whole approach should be from a marketing point of view, not an informational one. That has nothing to do with providing value or not.
General: Try and make clear who you are; what you have in common with your readers or why you care about the subject; make clear that you're selling if you are, but still provide great value and readers wont care. Make it easy for your readers to stay in touch and viralize your content: let it be easy to subscribe to your RSS feed or ezine; include buttons for the main web 2.0 sites after every post and please get some links ! ( yahoo shows you have none coming from outside : do web 2.0, post in niche forums, do comments, whatever, just get the word out )
