Help me to get a page back

I created a page for my yearly college fest and the account from which the page was created is now blocked by facebook. I had 3-4 people as content creators but even though my profile is blocked they are still content creators and now managers. Is there any way to get them promoted to managers and get the page running ? because it's official page with 2K likes and even though we create a new one the old one still shows in the search list first. or any way to delete that page? If someone can help it will be great.
