I have an authority site wih 45 unique posts,
Site used to gain earnings with adsense, but stopped because just got dropped in SERP and 20-40 UV/day to 10 UV/day due not being active at all.
Because the site doesn't have any revenue, how can I sell that site?

I disabled adsense on that site for not promoting here.
The site is: washnarpm(dot)org

you can sell it on flippa
since you are not generating any revenue you can't expect much

and don't worry about adsense
most of the members have already disabled it

You could definitely sell it on flippa till it has some value.

Post it up and see what you get. You obviously aren't going to lose much, so sell it to someone else on Flippa and start something new. I would try to monetize it a bit more before you sell, so that buyers sell that it CAN make money.

What gave you the impression that this is an authority site?

It would of been sold as potential to be an authority site...

I would purchase this if I came across it on Flippa for the right price so the market is out there... most of the sites on Flippa shouldn't really be considered money trains but a good place to start and mess around for some people.
