Help me to fillup CJ affilate program

hi, I am not able to add tax information in CJ affiliate.I check up the Onboarding Checklist after filling up text forms but it always shows submit the form..

i am from India.

i always getting msg "Please edit your tax information to be eligible for payment." though it shows "W-8BEN(Completed 2021-03-28 by -------) "
