Help me to earn something from my new blog

Hi folks,


I'm little new in this forum - and just trying to get some help from experts. I've purchased 1 expired domain of PR2 about 6 months ago on tech niche. I was building that blog with only quality contents and regular updates - now in the recent update my PR goes to 3. :) I didn't done any link building for my blog - just updated regularly with unique and high quality contents.


So, now what I want to know is how can i earn something from this blog? I know adsense is 1 part. ( I've daily UV's of 50-60 ). Any other way you guys can recommend me?

Adsense is definitely the way to go. It's only if your adsense account is banned for some reason that you would want to look for alternative ways to monetize it.

My adsense account is not blocked yet. Its working fine - its just that my daily unique visitors are less at the moment.
 
I earnest suggest Commission Junction and Bidvertizer as Adsense alternatives, gaining a wider range of PPC network coverage and commissions, all the best.

I don't really agree with using Bidvertizer for PPC, but CJ is pretty awesome. AdSense does blow everyone else out the water - unless you're able to actually sell stuf, then go for CJ. Or maybe even ClickBank if there's something really fitting available to your niche.
 
CJ is probably the best commission network for affiliates. I've been on the advertiser side of things for CJ, and they really do protect their publishers. CJ is not afraid of booting a dishonest advertiser.
 
If its a tech blog why not consider review products and linking to Amazon. I do and it pays for my drug habit
 
I think you should now go for link building or link exchange through guest blogging to generate traffic,that will help in earning.
 
it worth checking out Amazon, its a great alternative to adsense

Well, if it's your traffic that's the problem, you should do a little link building to help get you up int the SERPs. You should also consider social media as a traffic source, you'll get a lot of traffic if you are active and engaged there.
 
Well, I am not sure but one of my friend told me that he earned good amount of dollors just because of ads, But he has a very good network of blogs.

That's what exactly i'm trying right now - but I don't want to do any aggressive link building - I believe that i should go with slow and solid link building. I hope i'm right.
 
You said that your Google Adsense working fine, so you need to improve it: Whenever use Adsense, if you use other Ads services, your Adsense will be block.

What? If i'll use any other CPA method along with Adsense then my Adsense account get blocked?
 
To get more traffic in your site you may create a fan page in facebook about your site,increase twiter follower,add friend in google plus and make guest blog post ...effectively you will get more traffic in your site.

I thought that your site should be new and start from scratch, give it a good 3 months and results will prove itself.

Slowly build links to individual posts as well as this will help build authority for individual search terms.
